To optimize the benefits of your wheat wrap, it is recommended that after each five uses, you place a small, suitable container holding a little water in the microwave during the heating process. Alternatively, you can place it in a refrigerator in an open paper bag overnight. This will maximize the longevity of your wheat wrap.
