Comfort begins with the materials you touch and the layers you don’t see. Our covers are designed in the Cotswolds and handmade in Wiltshire, bringing fabric, insulation and lining together with care.

Great materials

Texture, softness and suitability for everyday use guide our choices. Across the range, we use bamboo blends, cotton and recycled fabrics, including the recycled-bottle fabric used for our Teddy covers.

Carefully layered. Handmade in Wiltshire.

Our covers are designed in the Cotswolds and handmade by our sewing team in Wiltshire. Outer fabric, quilted bamboo-and-cotton insulation and a brushed-cotton lining come together through careful assembly and finishing.

The natural-rubber bottles are sourced separately. British manufacture refers to the covers.

Natural materials and bottles

We source natural-rubber bottles separately from the covers we make in Wiltshire. The existing range uses bottles manufactured in southern China, with a screw-top closure.

Always follow the instructions supplied with your bottle. Check it regularly for wear or damage, and stop using it if its condition is in doubt.

Care and comfort

Follow the care label for your cover and the filling, storage and replacement guidance supplied with your bottle. Looking after both parts is an important part of repeat use. See our guide to filling a hot water bottle.

Sustainability and panda donations

Recycled fabrics and considered packaging choices support the work we do. We also donate 1% of sales to the Red Panda Network to support wild red pandas and their habitat.
