Cleaning All Covers

All covers can be removed and are suitable for a cold hand wash.

Hot Water Bottle Life

Please ensure that you check the condition of your rubber bottle regularly as they will perish over time.

We recommend replacing the bottle after 2-3 years of use.

We are very happy to replace or swap any product that you are not happy with.

You just need to let us know within 14 days of receiving your bottle(s).

Return postage to be paid for by us if the product is faulty.
