Simply place the wheat bag in the freezer for approximately an hour, and then apply it directly to the affected area such as a bump or bruise. Extended Life:

Alternatively, you can place it in a refrigerator in an open paper bag overnight. This will maximize the longevity of your wheat wrap.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your bottle(s). Having contacted us, you
will have another 14 days to return the goods to us. We will then process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

Return postage will be paid for by us if the product is faulty but must be paid for by the customer otherwise.

Only heat using a domestic microwave (max 1000 watts) and ensure it is clean and free from debris. Heat for a maximum of 2 minutes in a microwave up to 750 watts, or 1 minute 30 seconds in a microwave up to 1000 watts.
